These chairs sit on a beautiful patio on Galveston Bay. The customer came to us after she had rebuilt her bayhouse that was destroyed by Ike. I really wish I would have taken a picture of the patio these chairs belong on. Absolutely amazing. After blasting these chairs and prepping them we powder coated them with Sky white powder coat by Dupont, then delivered them to her doorstep.

We did this set of cast iron lawn furniture for a customer that lives on the water. He was kind enough to take a picture of the furniture before he brought it to us. We first blasted and prepped all the iron then we coated it with High Gloss Black powder coating from Dupont powders. He needed some help putting it all back together at his house so we were there to assist him Saturday morning.

We recently had the opportunity to work with the Health Services Museum in the Houston Medical Center. They have a courtyard with three benches. The benches had become weathered and looked a little challenged so they called us. We were able to blast the benches down to bare metal and then we coated them with Copper Vein from Dupont Powders. Copper Vein as with other vein powders is a textured powder coat.

We powder blasted then powder coated this furniture using Dupon powders. These chairs were purchased by a customer at a garage sale and after blasting them we noticed they were stamped as built in 1906. There's no telling how many layers of paint these things had on them when they arrived at our shop. After blasting and treating all the pieces we then hung them and used an epoxy primer on them for increased durability after the job. We took a lot of pictures of this project so that you can see more of the process.

This bronze statue was about 7 years old when the owner decided it was time to have something done with it. He had spent a small fortune on this piece and over the years had come to the conclusion that it had been made with more than just bronze. It seems there were some other metals mixed in due to the corrosion that was taking place. Because it is such a nice piece he wanted to clean it up and do something to prevent further corrosion and deteriation. We went over quite a few options and decided to first blast the statue then use a jollipop brass powder coating. This got it back to close to it's original color and now it is protected against the enviorment. We all really liked the way this piece turned out.
